Eyes On Your AI Service & Subscription Terms

Service
Eyes On Your AI helps customers register AI agents, define policy scopes, request scoped authorization, and record tamper-evident audit events. Preventive enforcement works only when privileged operations are routed through an integrated Eyes On Your AI authorization or guarded-execution path. Eyes On Your AI cannot stop actions that bypass that integration.
Plans
Starter: $0/month, up to 3 agents, 500 recorded events per UTC calendar month, and 1 MiB cumulative metered audit payload.
Pro: $19.99 USD/month, up to 25 agents, 10,000 recorded events per UTC calendar month, and 25 MiB cumulative metered audit payload.
Business: $49.99 USD/month, up to 100 agents, 50,000 recorded events per UTC calendar month, and 125 MiB cumulative metered audit payload.
Limits are hard caps unless Storm And Me LLC separately agrees to added capacity. There are no automatic overage charges. Stored audit-payload allowances are cumulative rather than monthly.
Billing and cancellation
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. Applicable taxes may be added where required. Customers can use the Eyes On Your AI Billing page to open Stripe's customer portal when available, or contact support for cancellation assistance. Cancellation, payment-method management, and subscription status are handled through the Stripe configuration in effect for the account. Access to paid features can end when a subscription is canceled, expires, or becomes overdue.
14-day refund window
You may request a refund of a subscription payment within 14 calendar days after that payment by emailing hello@stormandmeofficial.com from your account email address. This window applies to initial subscription payments and renewal payments. Identify the payment using its date or receipt reference; never send passwords or full payment-card details.
Support will verify the payment and handle the refund request through the payment provider. Refunds are not issued automatically by the app. Tell support if you also want to cancel future renewals; a refund request alone does not automatically cancel your subscription. This policy does not limit any rights or remedies you have under applicable law.
Customer responsibilities
Customers must have permission to connect systems, submit audit data, and authorize AI-agent actions. Customers are responsible for protecting API keys and workspace credentials and for routing privileged actions through guarded integrations when pre-execution control is required.
No compliance certification
Eyes On Your AI can produce audit evidence and compliance-readiness reports, but use of the service does not itself certify a customer against SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, PCI DSS, or any other standard.

Data handling
Use of Eyes On Your AI is also subject to the Privacy Notice. Customers should export important records before closing an account or reaching capacity limits.
